LOU

Well… I must say I totally agree with the analysis you make of the situation. Actually you’re right. Since we’ve been living together, I dislike more and more what you’re being, Frank. And most of all I dislike more and more what I’m tending to become.

FRANK

Do you ?

LOU

I don’t recognize myself. I don’t… seem to be me anymore.

FRANK

Mmm.

LOU

You know how « image of oneself » is something important. Essential.

FRANK

Sexually good things are behind us. No use to fool oneself.

LOU

Mmm.

FRANK

And last but not least… Last but…

LOU

Last but not least ?

FRANK

Nothing.

LOU

Frank.

FRANK

I met someone. OK, this very phrase, I did meet someone ; things are said, I met someone.

LOU

Wow.

FRANK

You’re happy ? I met someone, this stupid expression I swore myself once I never shoud use, never never but well, this is it, what’s done is done, I mean this « I meet someone » sounds terribly cliché, doesn’t it, anyway I guess you knew it, you noticed something had changed in my life, it’s crazy you know, this very thing, it happens to you, it falls on you, you can’t discuss, no use to fight…

LOU

Yes.

FRANK

Well of course we should explain Gaby, tell him gently, but well clearness first, no will to live a double life, I think he’s mature enough to get the point, and I have no fear, actually, I really have no fear because he’s perfectly getting along with…

LOU

Excuse me ?

FRANK

Well… yes.

LOU

Gabriel

FRANK

He… Incendently he… He once met…

LOU

Here ?

FRANK

Here ? No. No no. At the shopping mall.
